Description :
This mound (and the Rotary mound shown elsewhere) were built and maintained by my father, H. D. Keeley on the lot behind our home at 412 So. 2nd St., Maquoketa, Iowa. (the mounds actually faced 3rd St.) I beleive they were built in 1942 and maintained until after the war when the "backlot" was sold.
