A young William Binks Lafferty born 1873 Texas (son of John Annis Lafferty and wife Mary Hannah Lipsey) and his wife Mary Della McKinney born 1878 in Texas(daughter of William McKinney and Jennie Cartwright). They settled int he Texas panhandle and had 6 children there then moved to New Mexico when the territory opened up.
