I am grateful to Susan Carl who located and took this picture of the tombstone of David Michael. David was born in Virginia and his parents were Daniel R. Michael, b May 1799, and Margaret Elizabeth Floyd, b abt 1794 in KY. David's siblings were: William, b 1820 in VA; Paul, b 1822 in VA; James M., born 1830 in OH; Sarah, b 1834, and Catherine, b 1838. He married Elizabeth Martin, who was born abt 1821 in VA, on 11 Nov 1841 in Washington Co, Ohio. They were censused 8 July 1870 in Delaware, Wyandotte Co, Kansas. His children were William, b abt 1852 in OH; Mary E., b 1859 in OH; Emily, b abt 1858 in OH; John, b 1865 in Wyandotte Co, KS David died of pneumonia. He is buried in the Bonner Springs Cemetery, Bonner Springs, Wyandotte Co, Kansas.
