Description :
This is reported to be a pic of my half-brother b. Bruce Conley ca. 1945/6 in E. KY but raised from birth by a Louisville area family. They may have called him "Billy".
Went to all-boy's school, father (adptd)was retired military. Last name may have began with a "T". Billy moved to NY reportedly ca. 1980 and no info since. Rumor of passing. May have resided in Indiana buy am reasonably certain on the louisville area.
Mystery :
Any info better than almost none! What surname was he raised with ... did he use? What school? Is this really Bruce or Billy? If not, my apologies - got this pic from an aunt who remembers him at birth.
