I do have a William B Miller in my tree. I looked to see where Plevna MO is as far as i can see it is around Kirksville in Nothern MO. My family is from southern mo. but the thins is this man looks like 2 of my brother and my dad. I don't have a wife for my Miller but i do have parents for him father is William H. Miller and mother Fannie Ervin. IF we have the same miller that would be great.
