Older gentleman on the left in the wheelchair is Benjamin Franklin Anson, born July 1846, Ohio. He lived in Portsmouth, Scioto County, Ohio, and died 8 April 1919 in Scioto County, Ohio. His third wife was Sarah Agnes Smalley Anson. His two children were Benjamin Anson and Ralph Franklin Anson. If you are related to them, please e-mail me. I would like to return photos to the family.
