Levi was s/o William B. & Sarah Nancy Perkins Quick. Born 11 Jan 1865 in Meta, Osage County, Mo. and died 22 Aug 1963 at the home of his son in Kansas City, Mo.
Eliza was born 23 Aug 1864 in Tn. and died 5 Feb 1938. Both buried in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Dent County, Mo. They were married 13 Sep 1887. Daughter, Sarah was born 1892.
