William Franklin Palmer was born 22 Oct 1850 in O?, Ashtabula, Ohio. His parents were Benoni Franklin Palmer and Eliza Jane Denslow. William died 08 Aug 1931, two months after his wife Charlotte Roseltha Blood. William was taken from Hot Springs to the state hospital in Utica, Yankton, South Dakota where he died of "dementia".
