Dewey building a log playhouse for his grandaughters, Pam and Kathy Kroetch. Dewey was born 08 Apr 1898 in 'Frenchtown', Missoula Co., Montana. He married Connie Tasker Benning in 1952. Dewey built the playhouse to match the log cabin he built in the Santa Cruz mountains. He also built a dog house and doll house to match the play house. Dewey built the lodge at Blue Lake, CA and also built the war canoes for the movie, "Northwest Passage".
