This is a picture of my grandfather Emmett Lee and the lady is unknown. If any one can help me find out who the mystery lady is I would be very greatful.I'm not sure if this picture was taken in Arkansas or some where in Iowa.My sister thought she was my grandmother Emeline but I don't believe it is. I have recently found a marriage certificate on Emmett Lee and I believe the mystery woman is that of Dazzie Welker if so I really need help now.
