3 Cans drained white shoe peg corn
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 pint whipping cream
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
4 Eggs beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 stick of butter
Try to get all the excess water from the corn. In a saucepan, heat condensed milk and whipping cream and butter together. Add in the beaten eggs and whip it. Do not boil. Take off the heat and pour the mixture over the corn and add the sugar. Beat it a little more. Oven should be preheated to 425 degrees. Set glass bowl into a baking pan and fill the pan halfway up with water. Sprinkle the nutmeg, and cinnamon on the top. Cook for about 45 minutes or until you stick a knife into the center and it comes back clean. Should be a light golden brown around the edges. Enjoy!
