2 Tablespoons Butter 10oz Sharp White Cheddar Cheese 1 1lb 12oz Can Tomato Puree 1 Egg 1 1lb Box Elbow Macaroni Cook Macaroni till tender Strain Macaroni Melt Butter and Cheese in a double boiler. When cheese is melted, remove from heat Beat the Egg into the melted cheese Add Tomato Puree to melted cheese. Mix Macaroni and sauce Stir & Serve
