Recipe from: Ralph & Ruby Vallis

3 packages cream cheese (softened)
1 package dry italian dressing
1 cup pecans, chopped

Mix together and form into a ball. Then roll into coarsely ground black pepper until completely covered.

Chill overnight.

Serve with crackers.
