1/2 pound uncooked linguini 3/4 cup coleslaw dressing 1/4 cup chopped onion 3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard 2 Cups red cabbage 1/2 Cup chopped green pepper 1/2 Cup grated carrots Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Rinse and drain again. Combine cole slaw dressing, onion and mustard; add pasta, stirring to coat. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least one hour. Just before serving, add cabbage, green pepper, and carrots to pasta mixture, stirring to coat. Makes 10 (1/2 cup) servings. 172 calories each; 3 grams of protein. Serves 10. Yield: 1/2 cup.
