This is a recipe of my Great Grandmother Martha Jeselson (jesselson) who grew up in Manhatten in the late 1800's
1 Large spoon butter 1 Large Onion cut fine and browned 3 Potatoes cut small 1/2 Can Chopped Tomatoes 2 Carrots Chopped Parsley and Celery to taste Stew together for 1/2 hour add salt and pepper to taste. When finished add 1 quart clams chopped along with clam liquid
