3 Eggs
1 Cup Cane Sugar
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Cup Broken Pecans
1 Unbaked Pie Shell

Beat Eggs, add Syrup and melted Butter, blend throughly and pour into Pie Shell, sprinkle Pecans over the top of custard. Bake 375* oven for 45 Minutes or until crust is brown and pie is firm.
Comments about this recipe:
If you like you can add a Meringue: Beat 2 Egg Whites until foamy. Slowly add 1/4 cup of Sugar, beating until stiff. Spread on pie. Brown at 425* about 5 minutes. Let cool.
