1 box jiffy corn bread mix
1/2 stick (melted) margarine
6 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 pkg. chopped brocolli
4 eggs
(you can add chopped green Onions)
Grease square 8 inch pan
Bake 425* for 20 min.
