Boil five diced potatoes in a large pot,on the stove cut up an onion and dice,cook the diced onion in butter to a golden brown,while the potatoes are boiling about 10 minutes make the dough use 3 cups of flour and two eggs. work the dough with butter on your fingers break up the dough and put it in the soup, after all is cooked add a pint of cream. serve with lots of cream.
