Aunt Ruby's Golden Fruit Cake

2 Cups candied fruit (fresh) 2 Cups white raisins 2 Cups chopped pecans
2 Cups all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt
1 Cup sugar 1/2 Cup butter (softened, not melted)
3 eggs well beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 cup orange juice

Combine fruit and nuts with the flour(flour s/b sifted). Cream sugar and butter till light and fluffy. Then add one egg at a time, beating well. Add fruit and flour mixture and all other ingredients. Bake 2 hours in bundt pan or loaf pans at 300 degree.
