Title: Mama's Oven Fried Chicken by Jackie Farmer Labry

Description:
Mama's Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken
Breadcrumbs or Cornflakes
Olive Oil or Oil
Parmesan Cheese (no cheese if cornflakes)
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Oil in bowl and add breadcrumbs/cornflakes and Parmesan cheese (no cheese if cornflakes). Add salt and pepper. Lay chickens in oil and coat them. Lay chickens in baking pan and cook 400 degrees for half hour.

Preparation Time:1/2 hour baking time.
