Ingredients: 1 Rump Roast 1 McCormick Bag/Pot Roast Seasoning 3 Yellow or Vidalia Onions Load of Garlic 1 Bag of Baby Carrots 2 Cans of Petit Pois Greenpeas 3 Idaho Potatoes Directions: Stuff the roast with garlic and throw everything else in the bag. Shake. Use greenpea juice, not water as in bag's directions. Oven at 350 degrees at 2.5 hours or til. Number Of Servings:4 Preparation Time:2.5-3 Hours [Janice Nell Johnson, Susie Labry]
