Cushaw Pie
2 eggs slightly beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1-1/2 c. cooked cushaw 1/4 tsp. cloves 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 can evaporated milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. ginger Mix in order given. Pour in pie shell. Bake 425º for 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350º - Continue baking 45 min. If using frozen pie shells it will make 2 pies.
