Spoon Rolls
1 pkg. yeast 1/4 c. sugar 2 c. very warm water 1 egg 1-1/2 stick melt butter 4 c. self-rising flour (unsifted) Dissolve yeast in water. In large mixing bowl, cream sugar and melted butter. Add egg and cream more, add yeast water to mixture and stir. Add flour and mix well with electric mixer. Put in air-tight bowl in refrigerator. Will keep for 1 week. Grease muffin pan and drop by spoonfuls. Bake at 350° for 20 min.
