Meat Loaf Cups

2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. chop green pepper
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. mustard
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chop onion
1-1/4 tsp. salt

Combine ingred. in bowl. Fill muffin cups ¾ full. Bake at 375° for 12-15 min. (or for loaves 20 min.).
