Eli Garrett Cooley married Effie Ann Mills on 7/5/1804, and eight children Ella, Lucile and Louise(Twins), Bertha, Mitchell, Woodrow, Edith, and Garrett(Bud)were created. The family lived on a farm in Montgomery County, MD.Eli Garrett was the son of Amos Cooley, and had a brother James and sister Sarah. I am still researching to see if there were more siblings of Eli Garrett Cooley.
