HERBERT JOHN ZELLEY is one of the many lost children of our various family trees. He can be found on the lost children site at http://www.tribalpages.com/tribes/lostchildren

Herbert was killed in 1897 in Nanaimo, British Columbia, CANADA.

It all began during a storm. A large oak tree crashed onto the house. This resulted in the death of four year old Herbert and injuries to others inside the house.

In the book "Yesterday, Land Today, Building" by Ruth Timms Nishioka, there ia a brief reference to the accident.
