Robert Simeon Tindal

Robert S. Tindal was a member of the Masonic lodge and a member of the K.K.K., this is the inscription on his tombstone located at the Blackrock cemetery in Crenshaw County, Alabama. Robert, his wife Clara and family are listed in the 1920 Federal Census for Butler County, Alabama living in the Dock Community. His occupation is listed as a farmer. Many other Tindal family members are living nearby (from the same census).

Robert Simeon Tindal and family are listed near the home of his father and mother in the 1920 Federal Census for Butler County, Alabama living in the Township of Dock in Precinct # 4. In the census Robert is listed as 31 years of age and his wife Clara is listed as 27 years of age. Their children are listed as Virgil age 8; Ennis age 6 and Leland age 2.
