Hi my name is Elizabeth Saldana, and I wanted to find out if my father George Tamez Saldana had any family. He had a father that was born July 10, 1918 in Monterey, Mexico his name was Margarito Marroguin saldana. He move to Raymondville Texas, and married Aurelia Tamez. They had 3 children; Ruben Tamez Saldana, George Tamez Saldana, Viola Tamez Saldana. Aurelia Tamez Died giving birth to Viola, and Died when George was 3, in 1950 in Raymondville Texas. Her family came from mexico and took all 3 children back with them. My father remember that she had 2 brothers their name were lencho, and Pedro, I have no idea if anyone is alive. My grandfather died in 10/29/1995 in the state of Washington. My uncle Ruben died in 1998, in Cruthers, California. The reason I am writing this because I always wonder if my dad had any family, well I know someone out there is related to him some how by his mom or dad. I always asked him if he ever wondered if he had any aunt, uncles, cousins, and all he told me was this little story. Plus he also told me they use to move from state to state with the labors picking, grapes, or peaches or whatever was in season.
