Faix came from Austria to Slovakia - Bratislava then other villages:
Anton Faix+Sidonia Dugovic/ova, embroider artist
probably Viliam Faix+Katarina Kistner

Viliam Faix and Katarina had 11 children who departed after 1945 from Slovakia. Sons were protestant and daughters were catholic. Anton Faix was ujustly imprisonment in camp after World War II. and tortured burning of third grade and did hard work with dead men to burry Russian soldiers with worms them in camp. After 1989 was rehabilitated. Imprisonment was, because he had 1930 nationality German. He was evangelic believer visiting church. Brethren could not find each other after World War II., swam Donau to escape and lived evil things. Properties were captured.

On internet I found at least two or more good pages with Foix, de Foix related with French royal family and branches of Foix family. See further internet.
