James Anderson White (Micajah Goodwin, Benjamin "Chickasaw Ben", Wesley) was born on Jul 18 1842 in Logan County Virginia.. He died on Mar 19 1922 in Bald Knob Boone County West Virginia. The cause of death was Cerebral Hemmorage. He was buried on Mar 22 1922 in Hatfield Cemetery Barrett Boone County West Virginia.

out August 1, 1865.

Regiment lost during service 5 Officers and 28 Enlisted men
killed and mortally wounded and 2 Officers and 201 Enlisted
men by disease. Total236.

and light hair.


James married Paulina Ann Workman daughter of James Hewett Workman and Ruth Halstead on Nov 18 1869 in Wharton Boone County West Virginia. Paulina was born on Jan 1 1842 in Bald Knob Logan County Virginia. She died on Oct 18 1929 in Bald Knob Boone County West Virginia. She was buried on Oct 21 1929 in Hatfield Cemetery Barrett Boone County West Virginia.

They had the following children:

i. Wilson Mullens White was born on Oct 10 1870. He died on Apr 6 1947.

ii. Venila White was born on Sep 23 1872.

iii. Lander White was born in 1874 in Bald Knob Boone County West Virginia. He died in 1878 in Bald Knob Boone County West Virginia.
