Looking for parents of my gg grandparents. George was born 1802, died 1883 in NY. Later married Rhonda Powers. Also need info on George's father. It could be a Jesse Hawkins but need to know for sure. Also descendants of their children. Son Albert B. is the only one I can account for and he is buried in CA with his wife and a son, Howard.

Looks like we may have "folks" in common! WOW!
I have just recently finished up on some mandatory projects and will begin updating my "Family Tree" software in ernest. Once I do that, I'll be back in touch with some add'l details to see if we need to share our info. This could be the start of some good info exchanging! Wouldn't that be nice? Do you know other relaties etc.?

Yes there could be a connection. I'm only familier with g g grandparents and their one son Albert B. George and Rhoda are buried in NY. Albert B. in CA. The rest of their children might be our connection. I will post a photo of George and Rhoda's tombstone.

I think we are related. I have family history info includoing a George Hawkins from NY born June 6, 1802. Fatehr of John G Hawkins born July 17, 1831, father of Seymour George Hawkins born Dec 8, 1881...Am I on the right track?
