Hi my name is Kacy Lowe and my mother is a ratchford! All the living family I know of are now in Tennessee. My mother and most of her cousins have family photos as far back as my great great grandfather in his confederate uniforme. He was part of the confederate of alabama. He enlisted at the age of 26 in or about 1862. I think. My family is mostly based aroun Chattanooga Tn and surronding areas in Tn and Ga.
