My grandfather was Charles Redden born 22 April 1893. His mother died in 1897 when he was 4 and he was adopted by Theodore West and Pheobe (Watson) West. The only other name I have is his biological father Frank Redden. I believe Charles was born in Newieden, NY in the town of Tusten, NY.
