born 1882 Katherine Riggs is the daughter of Alfred Riggs and Fanny Hall of Folkestone,she was born in Mean Mir,Punjab while her father was a sergeant in 3/4 royal artillery,not sure when but Katherine movedback to Folkestone and for somereason lived with her grandparents Hall according to the 1891 census when she was approx 8 years old
