- I'm a Danish decendant after a danish family named Jensen, that emigrated to USA in 1893. The family came back to Denmark in 1912. I do genealogy research in the family. My great grandads name was Jeppe Peter Jensen, wife Jensine Jensen. They had five children in USA named Joseph, Marius(Morris),Johannes, Isaac and Magdalene Marie(Meda). The family lived in Clay County, Iowa, and later in Montevideo, Minnesota. I have a picture from a sunday-school in Minnesota, where Jeppe was a supervisor. I'm told that the sunday-school is burned down. I'm interested in any information about the family, the sunday-school, or people connected to the family or the place. If you recognize the picture, please contact me by email. Jeppe had two half-brothers named Svend and Marinus Svendsen, they emigrated to the Boston-area. Any information about these two guys is welcome too.
