- I am a granddaughter of Claude Augustus Franklin Palmer, a son of William Franklin and Charlotte Rozelpha Blood. His oldest child, my mother was Esther Inez Palmer who married Russell Albert Cook. There are several siblings of Claude and Esther that I have complete information on. There is wrong information on the LDS site that many people have imported into their personal files that is wrong.
