Amanda lost all trace of her family. At 6 yrs old she was adopted by Mr and Mrs Ben Hardesty. At the age of 14, Amanda met and married Daniel Tussey Allison in Elko, Nevada on 19 May 1876.They had 11 children. the youngest was my father Raymond T.Allison.
