Harriet Marie (Deyo) Bosket was born to Daniel T. Deyo (1844 - 1904) and Lucy Lee (1847 - 1903). Her father was born in New York and her mother was born in Pennsylvania. Hattie had nine siblings: Milo (1867), George (1871), Daniel (1872), Georgianna (1876), John Henry (1879), William (1881), Eliza (1881), Lucy (1888) and Charles Nathan Deyo (1891). Note: Harriet "Hattie" herself, in census reports, variously reported that she was born in Pennsylvania or New York. She also reported both of her parents as being born in Pennsylvania and New York.
Harriet Deyo first married Charles Wesley Welch (1880 - 1971) on October 16 1903 and they had three children: Pearl, James, and Rose Welch.
She then married Ernest Bosket (1898 - 1970) on January 18, 1919 and they had six children: Bertha, Bernard, Helen, Ernest, and Byron Bosket.
