Can't say he was a great man, he had a hard time turning down pussy but he was my Dad and I love him.

Fried/Baked Chicken.. take chicken, coat it or flour it, fry in 1" vegetable oil until browned and crispy. Line a baking dish with foil, put fried chicken on foil, cover the chicken and put 1/2 to 1 cup water in bottom of the lined foil (not on the chicken) and bake 1 hour at 350*. My grandma used to make it this way and everyone LOVED it.
