IN 1800 0N A SUMMER DAY A STORM HIT. THERE WAS A REEDER AND GREEN FAMILY LIVING NEXT DOOR TO EACH OTHER. ALSO WAS THE REEDER FAMILY SON EDWIN, HE WAS MARRIED TO THE GREEN'S DAUGHTER.THEY HAD FOUR CHILDREN. EACH WAS NAMED AFTER THIER GRANDPARNETS. THE FATHER AND MOTHER WAS KILLED. THE REEDERS STILL HAD SMALL CHILDREN AT HOME. SO THE CHILDREN LIVED WITH THE GREENS NEXT DOOR TO THE REEDERS. TRUE STORY. BY FRANCES REEDER MADDERA
