Jo Amparano A friend some years back gave me this recipe.Now I would like to share the recipe.
Bingo Bars
Beat together,3 eggs,2 cups sugar and 1-1/4 cup oil.
Add 2 cups flour
2 teaspoons soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 tesapoon salt
Add 1 small jar baby food of each
1 small jar apricots baby food
1 small jar applesauce baby food
1 small jar carrot baby food
Mix all together.
Spread in greased Jello roll pan
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake 25 to 30 minute.
Frosting
1-8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 box powered sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
Note+ Keep in refrigerator.

Jo Amparano This is a drefferent king of cake.So shearing it with all.
Apple Pie Cake
5 cups apples,peeled and chopped
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter,melted
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup raisins
Combine apples and sugar.Heat in microwave 2 minutes.Add eggs,butter,flour,salt,vanilla,bakeing soda cinnamon,nuts and raisins.Bake in bundt pan or 9x13-inch baking dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.

Jo Amparano This recipe I can't stop eating.
Cottage Cheese Salad
2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1[8oz.]crt,whipping topping
1 [16oz.] can pineapple[well drained]
1 [3oz]box orange Jello,Or any fragrant you like.
Mix cottage cheese,topping and pineapple.Add Jello,mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.Recipe cannot be cut.
Serves 8.Quick and easy to make.

Jo Amparano Befor fineing this recipe,my dumplings wasnt so good.
When I cook white beand or brown beans after the beans are done,I drop the dumplings in and cook them on top.Just place a lid on the beand after you drop the dumplings in.
Never Fail Dumplins
1. cup flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
2 Tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients well.Dip a teaspoon in hot broth,then in batter.
Spoon will come out clean.
Boil with lid on,over medium heat until done.
They will be very light and fluffy.
Can be warmed over

Jo Amparano Once you make this meatloaf you wont want to make any other kind of meatloaf.
1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup saltine cracker crumbs
2 or more Tablesoppns onions,use more onions if you like.I use more for I like the taste.
1 teaspoon salt
Mix all together well
heat oven to 400 degees,bake for 15 minutes.
Turn down to 350 degees.
Meanwhile make the sauce.
1/3 cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1/8 teaspoon sugar
2 Tablespoons Worcsterhire sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
Pour sauce over meatloaf and bake 45 minutes longer at 350 degrees.
