She was also active against the war in Vietnam as was I. She had been a nun but found her freedom for a while and became the girlfriend of Terry Crane who later had a sex change. She must have known something about his ambivalent inclination because she abandoned him calling him Alfie. She was a wonderful person and a champion of human rights. We have lost a champion.
