TIPTON, MICHAEL O'HARA Michael O'Hara Tipton, 49, died at home in Panama City Beach, FL on May 27, 2002. Born September 30, 1952 on Fort McClellan AFB in Alabama, he lived in Vancouver, WA, Denver, Atlanta, GA, and finally Panama City Beach. He spent four years in the Air Force, was a terrific salesman and spent much of his life on the golf course. During his last years, he very much enjoyed driving his taxi cab. Among those missing him are his mother Margaret O'Hara in Colorado; long time partner Janis Gregory and her children, Ben and Stephanie, in Florida; daughter Bridget (Benjamin) and son Rory in Seattle, WA; his siblings in Colorado, brother Patrick (Georgine), sister Sue (Loren), sister Ann (Keith); 11 nieces and nephews; and countless other extended family members and friends. He will be remembered for his quick wit, beautiful eyes, easy smile and enduring charisma. He was a sensitive, passionate man...now he is free!
