About me:
I just added this photo of my grandfather, Ralph H. Oliver 1885-1942. He was an only child of Thomas Oliver (1854-1941) and Mary Francis Harter. Thomas was one of 9 children of Benjamin F. Oliver 1817-1892 and Sebethany Westlake. I have not been able to confirm where Benjamin was born but some records said Augusta County VA. He died in Dayton Montgomery County Ohio. I hope Ancient Faces will notify me of any emails!

This is set of pictures I came across that are connected to the Alexander Family pictures I have also posted here. Hopefully you can search for Rushville Indiana and find them all.
"DANIEL LAFAYETTE THOMAS "UNCLE LAFAE" -RUSHVILLE INDIANA." and at the bottom in pencil is written "IN CIVIL WAR". I looked him up and found him as an INDIANA enlisted soldier on AUG 6, 1862. CORPORAL 1ST SARGEANT - SEPT 1, 1864 - MUSTERED OUT AT NASHVILLE TENNESSEE." The second photograph reads, "MRS DANIEL LAFAYETTE THOMAS - "AUNT LIVA" - RUSHVILLE INDIANA". This photograph came from the THOMAS and ALEXANDER family who lived in RUSHVILLE INDIANA.

A group of photos of Rev A Eaton - Carrie M. Eaton - Rev. W. S. Eaton - Rev. W. W. Eaton - Francis E. Eaton. I am from the Eatons that came from Wales. I found this picture but am pretty certain they are not part of our family. It is hard with just the initials but tried to find who they are. Also contacted the Eaton Family website to see if they could find them. My Eaton branch from Wales does have a lot of ministers - interesting that they left Wales for religion freedom and started a church in Philadelphia that is still there. Please let me know if this is your family.

This is photo showing the Cook family in Urbana, Indiana. I do not remember exactly who I got this picture from but there were several in Urbana, Wabash County, Indiana. I think they may have had a store in Urbana.
Louisa Speicher Kratzer
I had this picture which is titled Louisa Speicher Kratzer e-mailed to me by relative on my mothers side, the Beghtels. I am not sure exactly where this family lived but my grandmother lived in Urbana, Indiana in Wabash County. My grandmothers sister was married to a Kratzer and the Speicher family lived in the area so there must be some connection.
