This is a photo of Saint Raphael's Cathedral as it appeared in the 19th century. We don't know the exact date of the photo, however as this photo shows the church without side altars it would have to be from the 1880's or earlier.

This is the first page of the Book of Genesis. This is from the Bible that belonged to my great-grandmother, Maria (Hahn)Buelow. This Bible was written in German, and was based on Martin Luther's translation of the Bible.

Emily Jensen came and stayed with the Reuter family for eight months when Harlan was born in 1927.
