This photo was found among Gertrude Moessmer's things. One the front there is a tiny "me" above the fella on the left. On the back of the picture it says, "taken at Culebra Island, P.R., Feb 1924"

This was found among my grandmother's photos. He is probably from Virginia or Tennessee and is a Napier or Shepherd.

Napier or Shepherd young man and older man with long hands! This photo was one my Grandmother, Montana Gardner, showed me as a teen. I was shocked -- all I could see were the older man's hands. They are like my hands, my father, Alex's hands, and my Grandmother's hands. So I know he is a relative (an uncle?). My Grandmother called them "Gambling Hands". It seems gambling runs through our family. I would love to know who these gents are! The picture is likely from the 1920's or possibly earlier.
