William Rosengren was recovering in England after losing his left hand in battle in France during WWI. He is sitting in front, his brother Orin Rosengren is leaning on the chair directly behind him. The other gentleman is an unknown English friend. Both William & Orin were serving with the Canadian military forces.
Andrew Magnus Rosengren was born in Sweden in 1857. He came to New Brunswick, Canada as a young man, and married Margaret CONACHER there. Together they built a thriving farm & raised 9 children.
