This bridge is located just off Hwy 58, Williamette Pass Hwy, in Lowell Oregon, taken in 1981. It was by-passed before this picture was taken. It was built in 1945, housed in 1947, and raised 6 feet higher in 1953 so flood waters could not reach it.
