A photo of the William Cummins and family. William Cummins married Elizabeth Ellenora McDaniel, a 2nd cousin of Will Rogers, 31Aug1881, in Muskogee, Indian Territory. She died 17Oct1893, four days after giving birth to their 7th child, a stillborn girl named Dolly Leah. William served as a U.S. Deputy Marshal in the Indian Territory, under the jurisdiction of 'Hanging Judge' Isaac Parker.
