Hi Selina, I know your mum Kay from when we were in primary school together and when we were teenagers together. I know her sister Jan as well. I kept in contact with your grandmother for a long time but over the last few years with COVIT and my own health problems just didn't keep in touch. I guess she has passed by now. I have been trying to find Kay to find out about her mum but it is incrediably difficult to find her. Especially as your grandmother told me Kay was married and widowed then married again, very hard to trace a lady who has changed her name a few times. I stumbled on this site by accident looking for Kay. From this site it is hard to see if it is a memorial or a biography, hopefully Kay is alive and well.
